The ceramic lined control ball valve is equipped with spring return pneumatic actuator, YTC positioner, SMC air filter and regulator etc.

The detailed materials specifications of ceramic ball valves are as below:

1. Body: stainless steel F316+ Al2O3 ceramic

2. ball: stainless steel F316+ tungsten carbide coating

3. seat: Al2O3 ceramic

4. stem: Hastelloy C-276

The ceramic v-port ball valve is tested according to API 598 with leakage class VI, it can solve both abrasion and corrosion problem.
