YFL PN16 DN100 Full bore wear resistant ceramic ball valves are exported to Tureky. These abrasion resistant ceramic ball valves will be used for abrasive aired pulverized coal in PCI system of steel mill. The pulverized coal are delivered by pneumatic conveyting system with operating pressure 6bar and operating temperature 90℃.

The abrasion resistant ceramic ball valves will be used as on-off valves with carbon steel A105 forged body and stainless steel F304 body. The ceramic balls are O type and the ceramic ball valves are bare stem with yoke and ISO top flange for customers to install actutors.

The wear resistant ceramic ball valves are designed and made in material of ceramic with extream hardness and stability to suit the abrasive pulverized coal.
